Just grab a couple Kodiak Power Waffles and a handful of ingredients that we guarantee are already in your fridge... like mayo, tomatoes, bacon, and lettuce. All that’s left is your creative assembly, but we’ve got some steps below to help. This lunch packs in the good stuff, like 100% whole grains and protein, to keep you chugging along all afternoon.

Ingredients

  • 2 Kodiak Buttermilk & Vanilla Power Waffles 
  • 1 tablespoon mayo  
  • 2 slices bacon, cooked 
  • 2 slices deli turkey  
  • 1 slice tomato 
  • 1-2 lettuce leaves 

Directions

  1. Toast the Kodiak waffles in a toaster until golden brown. 
  2. Spread mayo across 1 waffle and layer the remaining ingredients over the top. Complete your sandwich with a second waffle and dig in!
