These waffles have been a morning staple for the past several months and I love them! I was recently diagnosed with diabetes and was struggling to find a lower carb option that was easy to make and keep at work, didn't spike my blood sugar, kept me full and satisfied until lunch, and also tasted good... these check all of those boxes! These are just sweet enough to not need syrup, just a little butter when they pop out of the toaster and I pair them with 2 pieces of turkey sausage. I'm a creature of habit and haven't branched out to the other Power Waffle flavors just yet but I'm sure they're also wonderful. Thank you so much for this wonderful breakfast option!!
