Meet Natalia Grossman

The rush of a new challenge, the roar of a crowd, and a signature smile to face it all; Natalia Grossman is no stranger to the thrill of a World Cup Climbing competition. Growing up in Santa Cruz, California, Natalia discovered her love for climbing at age six, displaying an unbelievable natural talent that led her family on an adventure to Boulder, Colorado, where Natalia joined the well-known ABC Climbing team.

After years of hard work and training, she reached her toughest test yet. It had been nearly 20 years since a USA Climber had become a World Champion. In 2021, Natalia Grossman broke through that barrier, becoming the first American female to capture a world title since 1995. Her smile at the top of each boulder became her calling card as she claimed 10 more gold medals for USA Climbing. As an overall season winner , Natalia embraces the pressure, realizing that connecting a mental performance with a physical one is one of her greatest assets.
