Kodiak Cakes is great for more than just a power-packed breakfast.
I really enjoy these pancakes, the way I prepare them may be a little different than others because I add about a tablespoon of honey, vanilla extract and I make it with almond milk. These have such a wonderful flavor, and I like to add in a few blueberries to each individual pancake. I honestly think you have to figure out what makes this pancake mix work for yourself experiment a little.
Hand-down the worst pancakes I have ever had. While I appreciate the protein content, the woody flavor is simply unbearable, even drenched in syrup.
I have been trying to loose weight for several years. I was told I do not eat enough so everything I do eat stays on me and I tend to crave things that are not very healthy for lunch.
I saw the waffles in Publix and decided to try them. Now I eat 1 waffle with a glass of water (no syrup) and go to work. I feel better and choose more health lunch as I'm not starving. It's working. I am down 14lbs in 7 weeks. No, these are NOT a diet it's just making changes and this is helping! Thx Kodiak!
My 86 year old mother needs protein support. I make her muffins from the buttermilk power cakes mix. I add in all the fat and protein I can and she willingly eats and enjoys them. She tends to only want highly processed sweet cookies and cakes. This has been a fine substitute to support her health.
