Ingredients
- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 cup nut milk
- 1/4 cup chia seeds
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- 1/2 cup berries of choice
- 1/4 cup walnuts
- 1/4 cup pumpkin seeds (pepitas)
- 1 tablespoon ground flax seed
- 1/2 cup Kodiak Blueberry Vanilla Granola
Directions
- Add the yogurt, nut milk, chia seeds, and maple syrup to a small mixing bowl. Whisk until smooth and let sit in the refrigerator for 1 hour to thicken.
- Once the pudding has thickened, whisk again and divide between 2-4 small bowls.
- Layer between or top the pudding with the berries, walnuts, pumpkin seeds, flaxseed, and granola - evenly dividing between containers.
- Serve, or store covered in refrigerator. Will keep for several days in the refrigerator.
