Ingredients

  • 1 Kodiak Chocolate Chip Chewy Granola Bar 
  • 1 banana 
  • 1/2 cup vanilla Greek yogurt 
  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds 
  • 1/4 cup assorted berries (raspberry, blackberry, blueberry) 
  • cherry, to top (optional) 

Directions

  1. Peel the banana and slice it in half lengthwise. Place the two pieces of banana cut side up in a bowl. 
  2. Use an ice cream scoop to scoop the Greek yogurt on top of the banana slices. 
  3. Top the banana and yogurt with a crumbled granola bar, berries, and Chia seeds. 
  4. Place a cherry on top of the banana split and serve.
