Ingredients

  • 1-1/2 cups Kodiak Dark Chocolate Power Cakes Flapjack & Waffle Mix 
  • 1/2 cup white sugar
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup oil 
  • 2 tablespoons water 
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla 
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350° Fahrenheit. Line an 8x8” baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. Add the power cakes mix, white sugar, and brown sugar to a mixing bowl and whisk together.
  3. Whisk in the eggs, oil, water, and vanilla until a smooth batter forms.
  4. Spoon the batter into the prepared pan and spread evenly across the pan (the batter will be thick).
  5. Sprinkle the chocolate chips evenly across the top of the batter.
  6. Bake the brownies in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until a tester inserted into the center of the brownies comes out clean.
  7. Remove from the oven and cool for 10 minutes. Cut brownies into 10 bars. Store in an airtight container.
