
Nutella Puff Pastry

Ingredients
- 1 Protein Puff Pastry recipe, thawed and slightly cold
- 3/4 cup Nutella
- 1 egg, beaten
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 375° F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Sprinkle a surface lightly with flour and roll the puff pastry into a large rectangle. Sprinkle the top of the pastry with flour as needed when rolling if it seems sticky.
- Spread the Nutella evenly over the pastry rectangle.
- Cut the pastry into 12 triangles using a pizza cutter or sharp knife.
- Starting with the widest end, roll the triangle up to the pointed end and place, end tip down, on the prepared baking sheet. Repeat with remaining triangles until you have 12 crescent shapes spaced evenly on the baking sheet.
- Brush the crescents with the egg wash.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 13-15 minutes or until puffed and golden brown.
- Cool slightly on a wire rack and enjoy warm!
- Store in an airtight container for a few days.
