Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup butter, softened
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1-1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1-1/2 cups whole wheat flour*
  • 1 cup Kodiak Classic Rolled Oats Canister
  • 3/4 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 3/4 cup chocolate chips

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Cream butter and brown sugar together until smooth
  3. Mix in egg and vanilla
  4. Stir flour, oats, baking soda, and salt together
  5. Blend the dry mixture into the wet ingredients. Stir in chocolate chips
  6. Bake for 9-11 minutes or until golden
