Ingredients
- 1-1/2 tablespoons coconut oil
- 2 packets Kodiak Maple & Brown Sugar Oatmeal Packets
- 1/4 cup sunflower seeds
- 1/4 cup pecans, chopped
- 1/4 cup pepitas
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
Directions
- Melt the coconut oil in a sauté pan over medium-high heat.
- Add the oatmeal packets, sunflower seeds, pecans, pepitas, and cinnamon and stir to combine.
- Stir the mixture every 30 seconds for about 5 minutes, or until toasted and golden brown.
- Remove from heat and let cool. Store in an airtight container.
