Ingredients

Cake:

  • 1 cup butter, softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons vanilla
  • 2-1/2 cup Kodiak Buttermilk Power Cakes

 

Tres Leches:

  • 1/2 cup condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup evaporated milk
  • 1/2 cup whole milk

 

Whipped Topping:

  • 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 2 tablespoons confectioner's sugar

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350° F.
  2. In a large bowl, cream the butter and sugar until smooth.
  3. Add the eggs one at a time.
  4. Mix in milk and vanilla.
  5. Add Kodiak mix and stir until combined.
  6. Pour into a greased and parchment lined 9x9" pan.
  7. Bake for 30-35 minutes.
  8. Let cool completed.
  9. Then, use a fork to poke holes in the cake.
  10. Combined the condensed milk, evaporated milk, and whole milk together.
  11. Slowly pour the mixture over the cake.
  12. Use an electric mixer to whip the heavy whipping cream and sugar together until light and fluffy.
  13. Spread the whipped cream over the top of the cake and serve.
