Ingredients
- 2 egg whites
- 2 strips of turkey bacon
- 1 slice cheddar cheese
- 1 cup Kodiak Buttermilk Power Cakes Flapjack & Waffle Mix
- 3/4 cup water
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
Directions
- Separate the egg yolk from the whites and cook the egg whites on low heat.
- Combine Kodiak mix, water and oil into a large mixing bowl and whisk until smooth.
- Grease the waffle maker and pour batter until the first fill line.
- Stack turkey bacon, egg whites, and cheese on top.
- Top with more batter.
- Cook waffle until golden brown.
- Slice and serve.
