Ingredients
- 1/2 cup fresh blueberries
- 1/2 teaspoon cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon Kodiak Blueberry Power Cakes Flapjack & Waffle Mix
- 2 teaspoons butter, cold, cut into small pieces
- 1 Kodiak Maple Brown Sugar Crunchy Granola Bar, crushed
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 375° F. Grease an individual oven-proof dish (about ½-⅔ cup in volume).
- Place the blueberries and cornstarch in a small bowl and toss to coat. Add the honey and stir until the blueberries are fully coated. Place in the prepared dish.
- Add the Blueberry Power Cake Mix to a small bowl, and cut in the butter with a fork until it resembles small peas. Toss in the crushed Crunchy Granola Bar until combined.
- Spoon the crumble mixture over the top of the blueberries.
- Place on a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until blueberries are bubbling and crisp is golden brown on top.
- Cool slightly before serving.
