Ingredients
- 1 cup Kodiak Chocolate Chip Power Cakes Flapjack & Waffle Mix
- 2/3 cup mashed banana
- 1/4 cup peanut butter
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup walnuts, chopped
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Place the waffle mix, mashed banana, peanut butter, and egg in a mixing bowl and whisk together to form a smooth batter.
- Scoop heaping tablespoons full of batter onto the prepared baking sheet, spaced 2 inches apart in mounds. Top each mound with a few chopped walnuts.
- Bake in the preheated oven for six minutes, or until the tops are puffed and lightly browned.
- Remove from the oven and cool on a wire rack.
- Store in an airtight container.
