Ingredients
- Kodiak Buttermilk Power Flapjacks
- Cottage cheese
- Toppings of choice (see ideas below)
Toast #1 - Honey Chili Crunch
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1 teaspoon chili crunch
- Dash of sesame seeds
Toast #2 - Tomato Basil
- 1/4 cup cherry tomatoes, sliced
- 2 basil leaves, chopped
- 1 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil
- 1 teaspoon balsamic glaze
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Toast #3 - Fig & Pistachio
- 1 tablespoon fig jam
- 1 tablespoon toasted pistachios, chopped
Directions
- Toast the Kodiak flapjack(s) per package instructions.
- Top flapjack with 1/4 cup cottage cheese.
- Add desired toppings (see ideas below).
Topping Ideas:
- Toast #1 - Honey Chili Crunch: Drizzle the honey and chili crunch over the cottage cheese and sprinkle sesame seeds over the top.
- Toast #2 - Tomato Basil: Place the sliced tomatoes on top of the cottage cheese. Sprinkle with chopped basil, drily with the olive oil and balsamic glaze, then sprinkle with a little salt and pepper.
- Toast #3: Fig & Pistachio: Top the cottage cheese with fig jam and sprinkle with the toasted pistachios.
