Ingredients
- 1 packet Kodiak Dark Chocolate Sea Salt Overnight Oats
- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- 1/2 ripe banana, mashed
- 1 large egg
- 1 tablespoon oil (avocado, light olive oil, etc)
- 1 tablespoon milk
- Chocolate chips (optional)
Directions
- Place the contents of the overnight oats packet and the baking powder in a large mug. Whisk together with a fork.
- Add the maple syrup, mashed banana, egg, oil, and milk, and stir in with a fork to form a smooth batter. Let sit for five minutes, then stir again.
- Sprinkle chocolate chips on top of the batter, if desired.
- Microwave the mug for 90 seconds.
- Sprinkle the top with coarse sea salt, if desired. Let cool slightly and enjoy!
