Just because you're avoiding gluten doesn't mean you have to toss out all your loaf pans and settle for store-bought frozen bread. Instead, try this gluten-free honey oat bread recipe. All you need is a a box of Kodiak Gluten-Free Flapjack & Waffle Mix to started. You'll have never guessed such a moist and delicious slice of bread was gluten-free.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Kodiak Cakes Gluten-Free Flapjack & Waffle Mix
  • 1 cup gluten-free rolled oats
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/3 cup oil
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • Additional gluten-free rolled oats for topping

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease and line a loaf pan with parchment paper
  2. In a large bowl, combine the Kodiak Gluten Free Flapjack & Waffle mix and rolled oats
  3. In a separate mixing bowl, whisk the eggs, Greek Yogurt, milk, oil, and honey until smooth
  4. Gently fold the wet ingredients into the dry until combined
  5. Transfer batter to the prepared loaf pan and sprinkle the top with additional oats
  6. Bake for 40-45 minutes or until a toothpick into the center comes out clean
