Ingredients

  • 2 cups Kodiak Gluten-Free Frontier Oat Flapjack & Waffle Mix
  • 1 cup gluten-free rolled oats
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/3 cup oil
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • Additional gluten-free rolled oats for topping

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350° F. Grease and line a loaf pan with parchment paper
  2. In a large bowl, combine the Kodiak Gluten-Free mix and rolled oats
  3. In a separate mixing bowl, whisk the eggs, Greek Yogurt, milk, oil, and honey until smooth
  4. Gently fold the wet ingredients into the dry until combined
  5. Transfer the batter to the prepared loaf pan and sprinkle the top with additional oats
  6. Bake for 40-45 minutes or until a toothpick into the center comes out clean
