Ingredients

Breakfast Pizza:

  • 1 recipe Protein Pizza Dough
  • 1 tablespoon butter, melted 
  • 4 cups shredded mozzarella
  • 4 slices cooked bacon or prosciutto 
  • 1 small yellow potato, thinly sliced into rounds
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon chives, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup

 

Classic Pepperoni Pizza:

  • 1 recipe Protein Pizza Dough
  • 3/4 cup marinara sauce 
  • 4 cups shredded mozzarella 
  • 1/2 cup pepperoni 

 

Dessert Oreo Pizza:

  • 1 recipe Protein Pizza Dough
  • 1 tablespoon butter, melted 
  • 12 Oreos, crushed
  • 4 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar 
  • 2 tablespoons chocolate syrup 
     

Directions

  1. Use our Protein Pizza Dough recipe to prep your pizza dough.
  2. Preheat the oven to 400° Fahrenheit.
  3. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  4. Roll the prepared pizza dough into the shape of a 10” heart.

Breakfast Pizza:

Complete steps 1-4 above and use the following steps to prep and bake your pizza.

  1. Brush the melted butter over the surface of the dough.
  2. Spread the mozzarella over the top of the pizza, then top with the sliced potatoes and bacon or prosciutto.
  3. Bake in the preheated oven for 7 minutes. Remove and crack three eggs over the top of the pizza. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. 
  4. Continue to bake for an additional 7-8 minutes. Remove from oven with cheese is bubbling and egg whites are cooked through.
  5. Let cool slightly, then top with chives and maple syrup. 

 

Classic Pepperoni Pizza: 

Complete steps 1-4 above and use the following steps to prep and bake your pizza.

  1. Top the dough with the marinara, mozzarella, and pepperoni.
  2. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until cheese is bubbling and crust is lightly golden brown.


 

Dessert Oreo Pizza: 

Complete steps 1-4 above and use the following steps to prep and bake your pizza.

  1. Brush the melted butter over the surface of the dough.
  2. Spread the crumbled Oreos over the top of the pizza dough.
  3. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until crust is lightly golden brown.
  4. While pizza bakes, place the cream cheese and powdered sugar in a mixing bowl and beat together with an electric mixer until smooth.
  5. Remove the pizza from the oven and let cool slightly.
  6. Drizzle the cream cheese mixture and the chocolate syrup over the top of the pizza.
