Ingredients

  • 1 large crepe (made using Kodiak French Crepe recipe)
  • 2 tablespoons pesto
  • 1/2 cup arugula 
  • 4 slices chicken breast, cooked
  • 1/4 cup roasted red pepper

Directions

  1. Spread pesto evenly over the crepe.
  2. Place arugula, chicken, and roasted red pepper in lines over the pesto-coated crepe.
  3. Roll up the crepe tightly, securing the toppings inside.
  4. Slice the wrap on an angle down the center and serve.
  5. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
