Put a tropical twist on breakfast with these Mango Pineapple Flapjacks. Grab a box of our Plant-Based Flapjack & Waffle Mix, stack'em as high as you are hungry, then top with fresh pineapple, mango, and a drizzle of honey. Can't get your hands on fresh fruit? Opt for some from a can and pour some of the juice into your batter to add even more flavor to your breakfast.


  • 1 cup Kodiak Cakes Plant Based Flapjack & Waffle Mix
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 1/2 cup fresh pineapple, diced
  • 1/2 cup fresh mango, diced
  • Honey for topping


  1. Stir Kodiak Cakes Plant Based Flapjack & Waffle mix and water together until the batter is combined
  2. Pour 1/4 cup of batter onto a heated and greased pan or griddle. Cook on medium-high heat, or 375°F, until bubbles form on the top
  3. Flip and continue to cook until golden brown
  4. Top flapjacks with mangos, pineapples, and a drizzle of honey
