Ingredients
- 1 package Kodiak French Toast Sticks, thawed (any flavor)
- 6 eggs
- 1 cup whole milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2/3 cup brown sugar, divided
Directions
- Grease an 8x8” baking pan.
- Cut the French toast sticks into 1” square pieces. Place them in the greased baking pan, slightly overlapping.
- Place the eggs, milk, vanilla, and 1/3 cup of the brown sugar in a mixing bowl and whisk together until well combined. Pour evenly over the French toast cubes.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight.
- When ready to bake, preheat the oven to 350° F. Remove the baking pan from the fridge to sit at room temperature until it is ready. Sprinkle the top of the casserole with the remaining 1/3 cup of brown sugar.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes, or until golden brown on top.
- Serve slices with maple syrup on top, if desired.
