Ingredients
- 4 Teton Waters Ranch Spicy Breakfast Links
- 4 eggs
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 Kodiak Buttermilk & Vanilla Power Waffles
- 1/4 cup black beans
- 1/4 cup tomato, chopped
- 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
Directions
- Cook Teton Waters breakfast sausage links in a skillet over medium-high heat for 5-10 minutes or until browned.
- In a separate greased skillet, scramble the eggs. Season with salt and pepper.
- Toast Kodiak waffles on the lowest setting until crispy and hot.
- Heat the black beans in a small saucepan until warm.
- Assemble waffle tacos with a sausage link, eggs, black beans, tomato, cilantro, and green onions.
