Ingredients
- 2 cups Kodiak Cakes Buttermilk Powercakes Flapjack and Waffle mix
- 3/4 cup milk of choice
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 2 bananas, mashed
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350° F.
- Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl and blend until smooth
- Fill greased muffins cups 3/4 full
- Bake at 350 degrees for 16-18 minutes, or until tops are golden and inserted toothpick comes out slightly moist
