2 cups Kodiak Cakes Buttermilk Powercakes Flapjack and Waffle mix
3/4 cup milk of choice
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
1/4 cup butter, melted
2 bananas, mashed
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon vanilla
Preheat oven to 350Â° F.
Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl and blend until smooth
Fill greased muffins cups 3/4 full
Bake at 350 degrees for 16-18 minutes, or until tops are golden and inserted toothpick comes out slightly moist
For Blueberry Yogurt Muffins, substitute 1/2 cup Greek yogurt for the bananas and add 1/2 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
