Take your morning from basic to exquisite with a stack of delicious Probiotic Pancakes. These protein-packed, whole-grain pancakes are a guilt-free version of your favorite breakfast or brunch classic. Each bite has scrumptious Greek yogurt, too, that’s good for your gut. Not to mention, this yummy breakfast offers 16g of protein for a satisfying start to any morning.

Ingredients

Pancake Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Kodiak Buttermilk & Honey Frontier Cakes Flapjack & Waffle Mix
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup blueberries

 

Toppings:

  • Fresh berries
  • Maple syrup or honey

Directions

  1. Stir Kodiak mix, Greek yogurt, water, chia seeds, and cinnamon together until combined. Gently fold in blueberries.
  2. Pour 1/4 cup of batter onto a heated and greased pan or griddle. Cook on medium-high heat or 375 degrees F. until bubbles form on the top.
  3. Flip and continue to cook until golden.
  4. Top with fresh berries and maple syrup or honey.
