Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Kodiak Snickerdoodle Protein Balls mix
- 1/2 tablespoon sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons milk
Topping:
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon butter, melted
Directions
- Place the Kodiak mix, sugar, and baking powder in a mug. Stir together to combine.
- Add the melted butter, egg, and milk. Stir in to form a smooth batter.
- Let the batter sit for five minutes to allow the grains to absorb the liquids.
- Stir the batter again.
- Microwave the mug for 90 seconds.
- While the cake is cooking, mix together the sugar and cinnamon for the topping in a small bowl.
- Remove the cake from the microwave and brush with melted butter. Sprinkle the top with the cinnamon sugar. Serve warm.
*Mug cake can also be baked directly on the oven rack at 350° for 15-17 minutes, or until golden brown on top and cooked through.
