Every bite boasts layers of delicious whole grains and a filling protein punch made even better with fresh fruit and a generous drizzle of maple syrup. And for those in a zesty mood, try yours with some lemon curd, or think out of the box and swap in any Kodiak® Power Waffle® flavors you crave. The possibilities of this wildly delicious dessert? Absolutely endless.


  • 1 package Kodiak Buttermilk & Vanilla Power Waffles
  • 1 quart heavy whipping cream
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 2 cups fresh fruit, sliced if applicable
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup


*Pro Tip: Make it your own by using any flavor of Kodiak Power Waffles and picking your own toppings. We tried a delicious lemon curd!


  1. Lightly toast the waffles and let cool.
  2. Place the cream, sugar, and vanilla in a large bowl and beat until stiff peaks form.
  3. Divide the waffles into stacks of 5.
  4. Spread cream between each waffle and place each on top of each other on a small plate (5 waffles in total). Coat the outside and top of the waffle stack with whipped cream.
  5. Repeat with the other stack of waffles.
  6. Place the sliced fruit in a bowl and toss with the maple syrup.
  7. Top the two waffle cakes with the fresh fruit.
  8. Serve by the slice.
