Ingredients

For the donuts:

  • 1-1/2 cup Kodiak Cakes Cinnamon Oat Power Cakes Flapjack & Waffle mix
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 cup apple cider
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted

 

For the glaze:

  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider

Directions

  1. In a bowl, combine Kodiak Cakes Cinnamon Oat Flapjack and Waffle mix, brown sugar, and baking powder and mix.

  2. Add apple cider, egg, vanilla extract, and melted coconut oil.

  3. Mix until just combined.

  4. Divide batter into greased donut pans and bake at 350 for 12-15 minutes or until toothpick comes clean.

  5. Let donuts cool while you make the glaze.

  6. In a small bowl, combine powdered sugar, vanilla and apple cider.

  7. Mix until smooth.

  8. Drizzle glaze over cooled donuts and serve.
