Ingredients

  • 2 Kodiak Gluten-free Frontier Oat Power Waffles*
  • 1 small avocado
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • Coarse salt, to taste

Directions

  1. Toast the waffles until golden brown. Set aside.
  2. Slice the avocado in half and discard pit.
  3. Scoop the avocado out of each half and slice thinly.
  4. Top each waffle with one half of sliced avocado. Drizzle 1 teaspoon olive oil over each half and top with salt, as desired. Add seeds for extra flare.
  5. Alternately, scoop the avocado flesh into a bowl and add olive oil. Mash with a fork. Divide the mixture between waffles and spread across top. Sprinkle with salt.
