Ingredients
- 1 Kodiak Chocolate Chip Chewy Granola Bar
- 1 banana
- 1/2 cup vanilla Greek yogurt
- 1 teaspoon chia seeds
- 1/4 cup assorted berries (raspberry, blackberry, blueberry)
- cherry, to top (optional)
Directions
- Peel the banana and slice it in half lengthwise. Place the two pieces of banana cut side up in a bowl.
- Use an ice cream scoop to scoop the Greek yogurt on top of the banana slices.
- Top the banana and yogurt with a crumbled granola bar, berries, and Chia seeds.
- Place a cherry on top of the banana split and serve.
