Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon butter or oil
  • 1 cup Kodiak Buttermilk Power Cakes Flapjack & Waffle Mix
  • 1 cup water
  • 12 mini breakfast sausages, cooked
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup for dipping

Directions

  1. Heat the butter or oil in a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Combine Kodiak mix and water in a medium bowl and stir until smooth.
  3. Coat the cooked sausages in the prepped flapjack mix and place on the skillet.
  4. Cook for 1 minute on each side or until all the batter is cooked thoroughly and golden in color.
  5. Serve with maple syrup.
