Ingredients

  • 8 Kodiak Chocolate Chip Power Waffles
  • 2/3 cup plain full-fat Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter 
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup 
  • 1 banana, sliced into rounds
  • 2 tablespoons mini chocolate chips 

Directions

  1. Toast the waffles until lightly golden brown. Layer on a platter.
  2. Place the Greek yogurt, nut butter, and maple syrup in a mixing bowl. Whisk together until smooth.
  3. Spoon dollops of the protein whip over the top of the toasted waffles.
  4. Add banana slices and mini chocolate chips to the top of the waffles.
  5. Drizzle with maple syrup, if desired.
