Ingredients

  • 1 box Kodiak Chocolate Fudge Brownie Mix
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 2 tablespoons avocado oil
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 1 cup light brown sugar 
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 1/2 cups Kodiak Chocolate Chip Power Cakes Flapjack & Waffle Mix
  • 1/4 cups chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup mini marshmallows 
  • 2 Kodiak S’mores Chewy bars, crumbled

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F. Line a 9x13” baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. Place the brownie mix in a mixing bowl along with the melted butter, avocado oil, 2 of the eggs, and water. Whisk together until smooth.
  3. Spread the brownie batter evenly in the prepared baking pan. Set aside.
  4. Place softened butter and brown sugar in a large mixing bowl. Beat with an electric mixer for five minutes until very light and fluffy.
  5. Beat in the remaining egg and egg yolks, one at a time. Add the vanilla and beat in.
  6. Add the chocolate chip waffle mix to the bowl and beat in until a thick dough forms.
  7. Flatten mounds of dough with your hands to about ½” thick and lay on top of the brownie batter until the pan is covered.
  8. Sprinkle the mini chocolate chips, mini marshmallows, and crumbled chewy bar evenly over the top of the cookie dough.
  9. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until cooked through. Let cool completely.
  10. Cut into 12 squares. Store in an airtight container.
