Ingredients

  • 4 Kodiak Buttermilk & Vanilla Power Waffles (thawed)
  • 2 thick slices roasted Turkey breast
  • 2 slices Brie or other soft cheese
  • 2 tablespoons cranberry sauce
  • 1⁄4 cup arugula

Directions

  1. Place two waffles on a work surface and top each with a slice of Turkey and a slice of Brie.
  2. Add a tablespoon of cranberry sauce to the top of the Brie and spread evenly across.
  3. Top the cranberry sauce with an even layer of arugula (about 2 tablespoons each).
  4. Top each sandwich with another waffle.
  5. Place the two sandwiches in a preheated panini press and cook until the cheese is melting, and the waffles are golden brown and crispy.
  6. Cut each sandwich in half and serve immediately.

*Insider Tip: The bacon cranberry jam made in the mini waffle toasts recipe is a great stand-in for the cranberry sauce!
