Ingredients
Cinnamon Roll Muffin:
- 1 Kodiak Cinnamon Roll Muffin Cup
- 1/4 cup water
Cream Cheese Icing:
- 1 tablespoon unsalted butter, at room temperature
- 1 tablespoon cream cheese, at room temperature
- 1 cup powered sugar
- 1/8 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1-2 tablespoon milk
*Store leftover icing in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 48 hours, or freeze for up to 2 months. Let it come to room temperature before using.
Directions
- Use an electric mixer to cream the butter and cream cheese until smooth
- Mix in powdered sugar, vanilla, and milk until fully combined and drizzles off a spoon
- Remove lid from the muffin cup and stir in water until combined
- Microwave for 1 minute
- Drizzle the cream cheese icing over the top of the cooked muffin cup and enjoy warm
