Finding protein-packed, tasty snacks made in minutes is all the rage these days, and these Almond Butter Banana Bars check all the boxes. We've done the hard part – making the bar - so all you need to do is unwrap one of our Kodiak® Crunchy Granola Bars, spread a layer of favorite almond butter over the top, and finish with sliced bananas. Craving options? Swap in your nut butter preferences, try it with cottage cheese or cheese slices, or what about berries? Whatever you choose, watch these sweet treats, and your mid-day stomach growl, disappear.

Ingredients

  • 1 pack Kodiak Chocolate Chip Crunchy Granola Bars
  • 1 tablespoon almond butter
  • 1 banana
  • Nuts and seeds of choice (optional)

Directions

  1. Remove crunchy bars from packaging.
  2. Spread 1/2 tablespoon almond butter on each bar.
  3. Cut the banana into slices and lay over the almond butter.
  4. Top with nuts and seeds if desired.
