  • 1/2 cup Kodiak Classic Rolled Oats Oatmeal Canister
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons flax seeds
  • 1 tablespoon pure maple syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/8 teaspoon cardamom
  • 1 teaspoon pure maple syrup
  • Optional: pomegranate seeds, almond butter, honey

  1. Preheat oven to 400° F.
  2. Cut one pear in half and place in a baking dish cut side up. Spread coconut oil over the top of the pears and drizzle over 1 teaspoon of maple syrup. Bake at 400° for about 25 minutes.
  3. In a sauce pan, heat ¾ cup milk. Add in oats, flax seeds, pure maple syrup, vanilla, cinnamon, and cardamom. Simmer over low heat for 5-10 minutes stirring every couple minutes.
  4. Remove pears from oven and transfer into serving bowl. Remove porridge from heat and pour over the baked bears. Optionally, drizzle the top with honey and almond butter and pour in a couple tablespoons of milk. Serve hot and enjoy!
