You’ve heard of breakfast for dinner but what about dinner for breakfast? This Breakfast Nachos recipe packs in a hearty serving of whole grains, a punch of protein and a satisfying crunch. And while it calls for berries, any fruit in your fridge will do. Who knew dinner for breakfast would taste so good?!

Ingredients

  • 1 package Kodiak Blueberry Thick & Fluffy Power Waffles
  • 1 cup vanilla yogurt
  • 1/3 cup raspberries
  • 1/3 cup blueberries
  • 1/3 cup strawberries, quartered
  • 2 kiwi, peeled and sliced

Directions

  1. Toast the waffles. Cut each waffle into four wedges.
  2. Place the waffle wedges on a tray, layering slightly.
  3. Stir the yogurt and drizzle over the waffles.
  4. Toss the fruit evenly over the yogurt covered waffles.
  5. Serve immediately!
