Ingredients

 Cinnamon Oat Stove Top Granola:

  • 2 packets of Kodiak Cinnamon Oatmeal Packets
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 2-3 tablespoon maple syrup

Strawberry Blueberry Filling:

  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1/2 teaspoon lemon zest
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup (optional)

Directions

Cinnamon Oat Stovetop Granola:

  1. In a skillet over medium heat, melt butter.
  2. Add two Kodiak Cinnamon Oatmeal Packets to the pan and add the maple syrup. Use a heatproof spatula or a wooden spoon to mix all ingredients in the pan to evenly coat.
  3. Continue cooking over medium heat until oats begin to crisp and smell toasty.
  4. Remove the granola pan from the heat and set aside while you prepare your filling. The granola will be soft at this point but will harden / crisp as it cools.

Mixed Berry Filling:

  1. Add berries to a pan over medium heat.
  2. Add lemon zest and allow berries to cook over medium heat for 5-10 minutes, until their juices release and start to thicken. Stir the berries occasionally to keep from burning on the bottom.
  3. Once berries are cooked, remove from heat and sprinkle with prepared granola. Enjoy!
