Ingredients
- 1 (8oz.) package cream cheese, at room temperature
- 2 cups marshmallow fluff
- 1/2 teaspoon peppermint or vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup crushed peppermint candies
- Kodiak French Toast Sticks, for dipping
Directions
- In an electric mixer fitted with a paddle attachment, mix the cream cheese on medium-high speed until smooth.
- Add the marshmallow fluff and peppermint or vanilla extract and continue to mix until fully combined.
- Stir in 1/4 cup of the crushed peppermint candies.
- Transfer to a bowl and top with remaining 1/4 cup peppermint candies.
- Serve with prepared Kodiak French Toast Sticks.
