Ingredients

  • 1 cup Kodiak Cinnamon Oat Power Cakes Flapjack & Waffle Mix
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

Directions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine Kodiak mix and water.
  2. Make pancakes on a hot griddle.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk milk, brown sugar, eggs, cinnamon, and vanilla.
  4. Dip cooled pancakes in the mixture and place back on the griddle for 1-2 minutes on each side.
  5. Serve with fresh fruit and maple syrup.
