Just take two slices of Kodiak Honey Whole Wheat Bread, add your favorite nut butter and jam, and trim off the crust for a lunchbox classic that even picky eaters can’t resist. Whether it’s a snack or a full-on meal, this crust-free creation is packed with 30g of protein, whole grains, and zero complaints (if the crust is cut off 😉).

Ingredients
- 2 slices Kodiak Honey Whole Wheat Bread (recipe HERE)
- 1 tablespoon jam of choice
- 1 tablespoon peanut butter
Directions
- Place two slices of bread on a work surface.
- Cut a circle out of each slice of bread that is 3-4” in diameter. Discard the crusts or save for another use.
- Spread the jam and peanut butter in the center of each circle and sandwich together.
- Pinch the circle of dough together firmly around the edges using your fingers.
- Seal the edges further by pressing the tines of a fork around the circle.
- Store in an airtight container if not using immediately. Best eaten within a few hours of making.
