Ingredients

  • 2 slices Kodiak Honey Whole Wheat Bread (recipe HERE)
  • 1 tablespoon jam of choice 
  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter 

Directions

  1. Place two slices of bread on a work surface.
  2. Cut a circle out of each slice of bread that is 3-4” in diameter. Discard the crusts or save for another use.
  3. Spread the jam and peanut butter in the center of each circle and sandwich together.
  4. Pinch the circle of dough together firmly around the edges using your fingers.
  5. Seal the edges further by pressing the tines of a fork around the circle.
  6. Store in an airtight container if not using immediately. Best eaten within a few hours of making.
