It’s hard to beat a classic chocolate chip cookie, but when you double down on the chocolate, well, need we say more? These rich, double chocolate cookies do more than satisfy your cravings for chocolate; they fill your kitchen with a smell of comfort that can’t be beaten. The recipe replaces traditional all-purpose flour with the real good stuff — Kodiak’s® Dark Chocolate Power Cakes® mix. Stir all the ingredients together to get a gooey dough that bakes into fluffy cookies in less than 10 minutes. We suggest serving them warm with a tall glass of milk, but you already knew that 😉.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup Sun Butter Natural Sunflower Seed Butter
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1-1/2 cup Kodiak Dark Chocolate Power Cakes Flapjack & Waffle Mix

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350° F.
  2. Cream the butter, Sun Butter, and brown sugar until fluffy.
  3. Mix in eggs.
  4. Add Kodiak mix.
  5. Scoop cookies onto a baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 8-10 minutes.
