Ingredients

  • 1⁄3 cup Gluten-Free Frontier Oat Flapjack & Waffle Mix* 
  • 2⁄3 cup whole milk
  • 4 large eggs
  • 2 tablespoons sugar 
  • 1⁄2 teaspoon ground cinnamon 
  • 1⁄4 teaspoon nutmeg
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 
  • 4 tablespoons salted butter 
  • Powdered sugar, to top

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F. 
  2. Add the waffle mix, milk, eggs, sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, salt, and vanilla extract to the 
  3. base of the blender. Blend until smooth.
  4. 3. Add the butter to a 9-inch cast-iron skillet and place in the oven. Once the butter is melted, pour the batter into the skillet and bake for 12-15 minutes or until puffed and golden brown on top. 
  5. Remove from the oven and dust with powdered sugar. 
  6. Serve immediately!
