Ingredients
- 1 cup Kodiak Buttermilk Power Cakes Flapjack & Waffle Mix
- 3/4 cup water or milk of choice
- 1 egg (optional)
- 1 chopped or sliced fruit (ex: apple, banana, orange)
- 1/2 cup nuts, seeds, dried fruit, coconut, or any similar dried goods on hand
- 2 tablespoon nut or seed butter (ex: peanut butter, almond butter, cashew butter, sunflower seed butter)
Directions
- Stir Kodiak mix and water, water or milk, and egg (optional) together until combined
- Pour 1/4 cup batter onto a heated and greased pan or griddle. Cook on medium-high heat until bubbles form. Flip and continue to cook until golden brown
- Top flapjacks with fruit, nut or seed butter, and any other toppings you have on hand
