Ingredients

  • 1 Kodiak Double Dark Chocolate Minute Muffin 
  • 1/4 cup whole milk 
  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter  
  • 1 tablespoon avocado oil 
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar  
  • Chocolate chips and peanut butter, to top (optional)

Directions

  1. Remove the lid from the muffin cup and add the peanut butter, milk, oil, and brown sugar. Stir until well combined. 
  2. Microwave on high for 60 to 90 seconds, depending on your microwave. Cake is done when puffed and springs back on top when touched. 
  3. Drizzle peanut butter over the top of the cake and sprinkle with chocolate chips. Enjoy immediately! 

 

*Alternate Option: Mix all ingredients together in the muffin container and spoon into a small mug. Then, microwave cake directly in your mug.
