Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup Kodiak Classic Rolled Oats Canister
- 1/4 cup milk of choice
- 1/8 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 tablespoon pure maple syrup
- 2 tablespoons pumpkin puree
- 1/4 teaspoon pumpkin spice
- Dash of cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- Optional: 2 tablespoons chocolate chips
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 350° F.
- In a high speed blender, blend together all ingredients except for the chocolate chips.
- Pour into a small, greased baking dish and gently sir in chocolate chips. Bake for 8-15 minutes.
- Remove from heat and optionally, top with butter, toasted nuts, and a drizzle of honey. Enjoy!
