With just a handful of ingredients and four easy steps, unlock the joy of making one of everyone’s favorite flavors the star of your breakfast, no matter the season.   • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup Kodiak Classic Rolled Oats Canister
  • 1/4 cup milk of choice 
  • 1/8 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 tablespoon pure maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons pumpkin puree
  • 1/4 teaspoon pumpkin spice    
  • Dash of cinnamon 
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla 
  • Optional: 2 tablespoons chocolate chips


  1. Preheat the oven to 350° F.
  2. In a high speed blender, blend together all ingredients except for the chocolate chips.
  3. Pour into a small, greased baking dish and gently sir in chocolate chips. Bake for 8-15 minutes.
  4. Remove from heat and optionally, top with butter, toasted nuts, and a drizzle of honey. Enjoy!
