Add a little zip to your next dish of leafy greens with this Raspberry Vinaigrette recipe. All you need is Kodiak Cakes Raspberry Fruit Syrup, olive oil, red wine vinegar, and salt and pepper for a salad dressing ready in minutes. This raspberry vinaigrette pairs well with just about any salad combination you can think of, but we especially love mixed greens, avocado, raspberries, pistachios, and cheese.
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 1/2 cup red wine vinegar
- 1/4 cup Kodiak Cakes Raspberry Syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- Add all of the vinaigrette ingredients to a medium jar.
- Seal with a lid and shake to combine.
- Drizzle over your favorite salad. Store leftover dressing in the fridge for up to two weeks.
