Ingredients
- 2 cups heavy whipping cream
- 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 3 tablespoons Kodiak Mountain Berry Super Fruit Syrup
- Fresh berries, to garnish
Directions
- Place the heavy whipping cream in a mixing bowl and beat with an electric mixer until stiff peaks form.
- Divide the whipped cream evenly between two bowls. Set one bowl aside. Sift cocoa powder over the other bowl of whipped cream. Add the vanilla and maple syrup and beat again until ingredients are well combined.
- Add the berry syrup to the other bowl of whipped cream, folding it in until fully combined.
- Divide the chocolate mixture between four small glasses or ramekins. Tap to settle the mixture into the bottom of the containers.
- Divide the berry mousse between the containers, spooning or piping on top of the chocolate mixture.
- Top with fresh berries and a dusting of cocoa powder.
- Keep refrigerated.
