Ingredients

  • 1 Kodiak Cinnamon Roll Muffin Cup
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground clove
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cardamom
  • 1/3 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon avocado oil 
  • 3 tablespoons water 
  • Cinnamon sugar to top, optional

Directions

  1. Remove the lid from the oatmeal cup.
  2. Add the clove, cardamom, ginger, and baking powder to the cup and stir with a fork to combine.
  3. Add the egg, oil, and water to the cup and stir until a smooth batter forms.
  4. Microwave on high for 90 seconds.
  5. If desired, brush top with butter and sprinkle cinnamon sugar over the top.

 

*Note: Muffin can be baked in the oven, instead of the microwave, if desired. Make muffin according to above directions and place cup on a baking sheet or transfer to oven safe dish (like a Ramekin). Bake in an oven preheated to 375° F for 12-15 minutes.
