Ingredients
- 1 Kodiak Cinnamon Roll Muffin Cup
- 1/8 teaspoon ground clove
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cardamom
- 1/3 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon avocado oil
- 3 tablespoons water
- Cinnamon sugar to top, optional
Directions
- Remove the lid from the oatmeal cup.
- Add the clove, cardamom, ginger, and baking powder to the cup and stir with a fork to combine.
- Add the egg, oil, and water to the cup and stir until a smooth batter forms.
- Microwave on high for 90 seconds.
- If desired, brush top with butter and sprinkle cinnamon sugar over the top.
*Note: Muffin can be baked in the oven, instead of the microwave, if desired. Make muffin according to above directions and place cup on a baking sheet or transfer to oven safe dish (like a Ramekin). Bake in an oven preheated to 375° F for 12-15 minutes.
